
Growing up, I ate elaborate greek meals made by my mother during many special occasions. We almost weekly also ate a more simple greek dinner, with lemon chicken, salad or green beans, and lemon rice. Here I collected many recipes passed down to me from my mom. Instead of cooking with a recipe that you know you will need to more than double the seasonings and double the sauce, I’ve made the calculations for us!
