Dry Ingredients:
Instructions

Beat the above "wet" ingredients together until “fluffy."

Mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda together in a separate bowl.

Slowly add the dry ingredients into the mixer.

Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.

Form balls

Place on parchment paper lined or greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350℉ for 8-10 minutes until they are a very pale golden brown.

Don't eat too many!
Note
These were the very first cookie recipe I made. I don't make them very often anymore because my family also loves the browned butter toffee chocolate chip cookies, especially to avoid eating crystallized cottonseed oil frequently. However, I'm not sure I've eaten a better chocolate chip cookie. I will try substituting for browned butter to see how it compares and get back to you.
