
Melt the butter, then add peanut butter.
In a large mixing bowl, mix in the powdered sugar and then the rice krispies.
Form balls that are approximately the size of a ping pong ball.
On the stove in a medium sauce pan, melt 2 tbs butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Mix constantly as this is very easy to burn. When just combined, remove chocolate from stove.
Dip the prepared balls to cover in the melted chocolate.
Set dipped balls onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet to allow chocolate to cool harden. You may place the prepared balls in the freezer again to expedite the process.
Optional: lightly dust in Christmas sprinkles.
