Beware of putting in too early/ cooking too much. Burnt cinyavlr ruins the flavor.
2tsp vanilla extract or paste from 1 whole vanilla bean.

Simmer for 15 mins without cinnamon sticks. Put cinnamon in while simmering for 5 mins. Let sit for -10 mins and then strain. Add vanilla after straining.

Strain with pot strainer back into measuring cup with sieve over it.

Can use the the pumpkin for a spread like jam or to put into oatmeal as flavoring.
